Who we are

Megan Autopost is a private publishing tool operated by Bloomday (contact: bart@bloomday.io). It publishes videos we create to accounts we own.

What data the app accesses

When the account owner authorizes the app with Google, it requests these YouTube scopes:

The app does not read, collect or store data about viewers, subscribers or any other YouTube users.

How data is stored

OAuth tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer, in files readable solely by the operator's user account. Video files, titles and descriptions stay on that computer until they are uploaded. Nothing is stored on a server operated by us.

Sharing

We do not sell, transfer or share Google user data with anyone. Data is sent only to the Google/YouTube APIs needed to publish the video.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Megan Autopost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other platforms

The same tool publishes to our own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X accounts using those platforms' official APIs. The same rules apply: only our own accounts, no data about other users.

Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access invalidates the stored token; we then delete the local token file. To ask us to delete any data, email bart@bloomday.io.

Changes

We will update this page if how the app handles data changes.
